About Us

Jerry’s Tire began life as a Lake Odessa gas station opened by Jerry Carpenter in 1948. Over the past sixty years, the company has evolved from that original gas station to one of the largest farm tire dealers in the state of Michigan. Owned by Jerry’s son, Mark, since 1983, Jerry’s Tire is a family-owned and operated business proud to offer two additional locations in Sturgis and Wyoming to meet all of Lower Michigan’s tire needs.

The original Lake Odessa facility continues to be the foundation of Jerry’s Tire, providing farm service to the five surrounding counties. Although Lake Odessa is the site with the largest inventory, all three stores have access to the same products.

Our Sturgis location is home to Jack’s Auto Service (established 1959), our full-service automotive repair shop, purchased in 2007. Additionally, we offer farm and commercial service at this location. Be sure to ask about our Auto Club Card!

Wyoming is our newest facility and specializes in medium commercial and truck tires. We also operate in retail trade here.
